As Dracula admits at one point, he has spent several centuries doing nothing but amusing himself and drinking blood, and it’s about time he gets some sort of global domination plan going, because … well, he needs one, after being around forever. He is haphazard about this, quite random, and most assuredly an intuitive dominant, because as Renfield says, Dracula has a way of looking into your eyes and knowing what you want and then saying exactly what he thinks you want to hear, to get you to give him what he wants, which is your free will. Dracula, however, doesn’t really plan on doing much himself; he will rip people apart on occasion, but he’s rather lazy and wants to get things done through other people, so he motivates them by emotional means – such as trying to win over Rebecca to his cause by having her sister killed, then promising to bring her back to life. He emotionally tortures Renfield by shaming him for his betrayal (lying about needing his protection and companionship) and then threatening to kill everyone he ever met or cares about, and blaming Renfield for it. He plays mind games with Renfield and others for his own amusement, but is actually quite detached and not really emotionally involved with anyone—just good at twisting the proverbial knife or offering them what they want. Dracula doesn’t show a lot of Si except that he is somewhat old-fashioned in his attire, has seen no need to modernize his wardrobe, and uses the same techniques in every century of attracting minions and getting them to do his will.

Dracula is a narcissistic psychopath who happens to think he is the most amazing person on earth, that others are fortunate to meet him, and who has grandiose ideas about “taking over the world” – by using people as his minions. He can pretend to be immensely charming, compassionate, and willing to “help” – but in return, he wants enslaved minions to do his bidding. He uses emotional manipulation at times to convince people to join his cause, promising them great power in return for their immortal souls. But in a sense, Dracula has no real ambition, he just wants to feed, have a good time, and be treated with respect, because he feels owed for what he “gives” to Renfield and doesn’t see his service as “enslavement” (Renfield is lucky to have him).
