An INTP 9w1 is a quieter, more principled version of the already withdrawn INTP 9. If the 9w8 is “calm and non-reactive until pushed,” the 9w1 is “calm, careful, and quietly self-regulating even before anything happens.”

At a glance, this is someone who feels gentle, reserved, and internally orderly, with a strong emphasis on “doing things the right and rational way” even if they don’t enforce that standard on others.
