Kira Yukimura MBTI & Enneagram | Teen Wolf

MBTI Type: ISFJ

Kira has a natural knack for learning to use weapons, but not for healing, and has to ask her mother how it’s done; her mother tells her to picture how Scott heals, and do it the same way, which is to trigger the healing through pain not associated with the direct wound. The more she learns about creatures, the more interested she is dig into them, and do a lot of research so she can retain details enough to recognize them on sight. Kira is unsure of how to do something if she has never done it before, and doesn’t trust herself to get it right without having some sort of idea what to expect. She is tangible, interested in sensory things, and driven to act in her immediate environment, whether that involves making out with Scott or going for a ride on his motorcycle, or leaping in to protect her friends if they are under threat. Kira is very sensitive and compassionate, and gives room to others to have their own feelings; she is aware of how much Scott loved Allison and misses her, and affirms him when he chooses to write her initials on the library shelf with the rest of the senior class. She also finds it hard to conform to what her parents ask of her; her father often humiliates her by talking about her need to find friends in front of her, or talking about “that boy you like.” When she kisses Scott, it disappoints her that he feels apologetic for it, because she wanted something more to come of it. She doesn’t feel a need to talk to him all the time when they are together; and often pulls him in for a kiss, an embrace, or a make-out session rather than discuss their feelings. When she’s mad at her mother for keeping the truth from her, Kira just vanishes for a few hours and refuse to talk about it, since she deems her mother a “liar.” She is thoughtful, curious, and intellectual, choosing to research things before she feels fully confident to talk about them. Kira inserts herself into a conversation between Scott and his friends to talk about a fantasy character, then prints off about a hundred pages of research for him to learn more about this mythological beast. She often intuits things about other people, or tries to figure out what is going on with them in their head.

Enneagram: 6w7

Kira initially feels intimidated by her own abilities and isn’t sure what to do about or with them. She finds it more comfortable to work with others toward a common goal, and to rely on them to get her in and out of sticky situations, until she embraces her “fox fire” and then she becomes more decisive and confident. She worries about being caught, the consequences of her actions, and of hurting people by accident, and spends a lot of time thinking, eagerly doing research in the idea that it could make her friends, and theorizing about what things mean. She wants to know all about her mom’s past, and also has an assertive side that starts to come out more when she feels secure. Kira holds off getting involved at first, but then throws herself into action when the people she cares about are in peril. She likes to take a certain amount of risk, to flout the rules, and to explore, go places, and do things with Scott. She sometimes worries about things going wrong, and then turns around and assumes it will all work out fine and they’ll be okay.
